I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself—constantly masking, doubting your abilities, and pushing through exhaustion just to keep up. I’ve been there. For years, I lived according to what others expected of me—parents, teachers, society—losing myself in the process. After I failed at my first nursing job not even three months into it, I finally saw how years of masking, self-doubt, and burnout had kept me from living a life that felt like my own. If I thought my whole identity hinged upon being what other people thought "a good nurse" was, what happens when I don't meet that expectation? And it wasn’t until I diagnosed myself with ADHD that everything started making sense.

That realization changed everything.

You Don't Have to Do It By Yourself

For most of my life, I felt like I was fighting against an invisible current. I was constantly masking, trying to keep up with expectations that never fit, and questioning whether I was “good enough” despite all my efforts. Executive dysfunction, imposter syndrome, and rejection sensitivity ruled my days, leaving me overwhelmed and exhausted. It wasn’t until I self-diagnosed with ADHD as a young adult that I finally had the language to describe my experience. 

That realization was a turning point—I stopped blaming myself for struggling in systems never designed for me and instead started learning how to work with my brain, not against it. Through years of trial, error, and deep self-discovery, I uncovered strategies that allowed me to embrace my authentic self, and I knew I had to help others do the same.

To deepen my ability to support neurodivergent individuals, I pursued training in somatic practices, energy work, HeartMath techniques, and nervous system expansion. I combined these with my lived experience to develop a coaching approach that isn’t about forcing rigid structures onto a neurodivergent mind but rather creating adaptable, sustainable strategies that honor each person’s unique rhythms. I also immersed myself in studying how trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and external conditioning impact self-perception and energy levels, ensuring that my coaching provides holistic support.

This journey led me to create HeartForged: Fire, Steel, and Unbending Will, a program designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals navigating executive dysfunction, masking, imposter syndrome, and low energy. Through this program, clients reconnect with their authentic selves through a powerful three-phase process: FIRE, where we ignite the spark of transformation by creating a safe space for unmasking and somatic reconnection; STEEL, where we forge inner strength with personalized strategies for energy management and overcoming self-doubt; and UNBENDING WILL, where clients stand firm in their power, taking meaningful, consistent steps toward a fulfilling, authentic life. I guide my clients through breaking free from limiting beliefs, building self-trust, and stepping into their true potential—without the burnout, shame, or self-sacrifice.
